Understanding the science of meditation is also one of the topics we cover
We will give you 3 guided forms of meditation on a memory stick as well as the Workshop handouts which will give you the tools for starting your own spiritual practice
We will also give you information to join our weekly Zoom Meditation group. Being part of a regular meditation will strengthen your ability to get some peace into your mind and your heart in these difficult times.
